Casa de Caribe is perfect for those looking to explore Vieques and all of her wonders without spending a fortune. Perched on a hillside in the quiet, safe, local neighborhood of Santa Maria this two bedroom, with an ocean view, is stocked with all the amenities needed to enjoy your beach vacation including beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, hammock, and even sand toys for the kids.

Decorated with a Caribbean flair, you will feel like you are in the islands as soon as you enter the front door or sit on the front porch enjoying the view. The one bedroom has a queen size bed with air-conditioning and the other has a full bed with fan. There is also a futon in the living room that can pull out into a full bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, in case you wish to cook or grill at the house. The front yard offers a table and some space for hanging out enjoying the view while the backyard offers shade provided by a mango tree, an avocado tree, and some lime bushes needed on a Caribbean day to relax in a hammock.

This home away from home is located in a perfect spot only being a 15-20 min walk to the more secluded north side beaches(good snorkeling), the historical Spanish fort, and Isabel II, where you will find the town’s main plaza, historic lighthouse, restaurants, and shopping. Or if you would like, hop in your rental car for a mere 5 to 15 min ride to all our other spectacular beaches, world famous bio-bay, Esperanza, or our many other historical sites.

The second bedroom with a water theme offers full size bed, fan, new linens, and ample closet space. There is also a pullout futon in living room for an extra 1-2 guests.

At the house is a information book giving your all the advertising and numbers of most of the restaurants, and tours on the island. - Deposits: In order for a reservation to be confirmed, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 1 month before arrival.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you when the deposit has been received.
- A cancellation fee of up to 20% of total stay until 8 wks prior to reservation, after that deposit will not be refunded.
- We require security deposit of $150 which will be refunded upon your departure after verification of house.
