Tres Palmas is the first floor of a new oceanview villa. It sits hillside, on a cul de sac and is walled and gated from the street, providing ample privacy. The oceanview may be enjoyed from the Great Room, the patio which is furnished with chaises and a dining table and chairs, as well as from the master bedroom and the master bedroom balcony. The Great Room has a vaulted ceiling and two sets of french doors which open onto the large patio and well landscaped front garden. The villa is a 5 minute walk to a quiet beach. The town of Isabel II, with it’s restaurants, shops and galleries,is a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. All furnishings, appliances, lighting and linens are new. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home will accommodate 4 guests in luxurious comfort.
The gourmet kitchen has large expanses of polished concrete counter tops on which to prepare an island feast. There are good knives, premium cookware and tableware. A blender, microwave, toaster and mini food processor are provided. The refrigerator has an ice maker, the range is full size and the dishwasher is quiet.

The bedrooms have premium queen size pillowtop mattresses, with fluffy pillows and 400 thread count sheets. The bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. They are well furnished with large bureaus, night tables and good reading lights. The master bedroom has an ocean view, ensuite bathroom and a balcony. The closets are ample, with plenty of hangers. Both bathrooms are spacious, beautifully tiles, have ceiling fans and ample counter space.

Several restaurants are within a 5 minute drive or 10 minute stroll of the house. A large grocery store as well as the only gourmet grocery store on the island are 5 minutes away.
Enjoy dinner on the spacious balcony as the sun sets. Later, in the evening, stargaze from a chaise lounge as you listen to the waves breaking below. The gourmet kitchen in our villa is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your meals with ease including quality knives and cookware and new appliances.
